Gaming Historica | Mystery JPEG inside Sonic Adventure Disc (Patreon)

This crazy picture of the working team for Sonic Adventure was found inside the disc content of the Dreamcast version. They seem to have hold a painting of a real hedgehog with blue spike!! How did it get there? Must be a joke to bury it inside. 😆
