Hi guys and gals, this post offers you a collection of news about the next main version of Holiday Island (0.1.2 beta) and the smaller updates towards it. 

There will be smaller, more frequent content updates, called content addons. They will include bug fixes and new content as well.
The change log below is based on the beta 0.1.1.0 release.

0.1.2 beta will include everything from 0.1.1.0 alpha including all content addons and bug fixes.

The next release is 0.1.2.0 beta (mainly new content) which includes some bug fixes as well.

The update from 0.1.1.1 to 0.1.2.0 has 355 new renders and videos right now!

New features and content  

  • Eva gets a reward appointment, she visits you in your room --> will be added later
  • Renée gets a special scene when you have a drink with her in the night bar --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Eva gets the night bar drink scene --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Alice gets the "breast flash" and "follow me" action and images --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta 
  • Aly gets the "breast flash" and "follow me" action and images --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta 
  • Heather gets a very long pole dance scene with possibility to go upstairs --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta
  • Eva gets the lapdance poker reward scene --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta
  • Eva gets a long random event in a new location (hotel elevator) with different endings (30+ images and vids) --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta
  • Eva gets a beach event which includes Yumiko --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta 
  • Possibility for random pool "distractions" will be added, starting with Yvette and Eva --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta
  • Heather scene to decide on the pole dance costume has been finished --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Heather, Yvette, Eva and Amy get the "flash breasts" intimate action --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • New intimate action "flash breasts" added --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Ivy and Eva get new sexting images --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • The workout pull-ups scene has been improved and made longer. The fully extended scene is available for Eva right now. It has three new renders for every swimwear. The "follow me" part has been added as well, for all girls who have the "follow me" images. --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Ivy gets an extended pose scene at the pool --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Eva gets the workout pull-ups scene --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Ivy gets the groping renders --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Heather gets the groping renders  --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Renée gets the groping renders --> part of 0.1.1.1 beta 
  • Eva gets a pretty hot scene after weight lifting --> part of 0.1.1.1 beta 
  • Eva gets the groping renders --> part of 0.1.1.1 beta
  • Eva and Heather get "come, follow me" images that are used in certain events as a starter (e.g. weight lifting, walk on the beach) --> part of 0.1.1.1 beta  
  • Eva gets the weight lifting scene with additional images  --> part of 0.1.1.1 beta  
  • Eva gets the walk on the beach scene --> part of 0.1.1.1 beta 
  • Eva gets the pool play scene with additional images (jump in and climb out) --> part of 0.1.1.1 beta  

Minor improvements and changes  

  • Possibility to compare endurance of MC with girl has been added. It's used in the Eva elevator scene to get different endings. It will be used in future scenes as well. --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Text box has been made smaller and oppacity has been reduced (and can be adjusted in options) --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Menu choice texts have been moved further down and oppacity has been changed as well --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Changed some scenes and events achievements to multi image --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Balancing change: Probability and frequency for sexting messages has been reduced --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Functionality to count number of times a scene/event/appointment has been seen added. This will help to improve dialogue options --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Lot's of small text and grammar improvements --> will be part of 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Amy gets an additional "achievement" for her masturbation scene. All of her masturbation scenes get multiple image option. The scene has been improved a bit in general (some dialogue, picture blending, guy shower added) --> part of 0.1.1.1 beta  
  • Alice, Amy, Desire, Faye, Aly get groping images updated --> part of 0.1.1.1 beta  
  • Walk on the beach event has been changed in the phone achievement app  --> part of 0.1.1.1 beta  
  • Some smaller dialogue changes to Renée's herself dialogue --> part of 0.1.1.0 beta  

Bug fixes  

  • Talking to Renée could lead to a crash in certain circumstances  --> will be fixed with 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Room service when you decide to walk to the reception during the cleaning - mc location was not changed to reception --> will be fixed with 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Point distribution for attractiveness has been fixed for "plane girl"  --> will be fixed with 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Amy pool scene, Amy+Alice shower scene, Joy second encounter: Missing interactions --> will be fixed with 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Butt contest points where not properly set to 0 before each contest, so you could get strange/wrong results on the second and later butt contest. --> will be fixed with 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Eva sexting is not working --> will be fixed with 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Faye and Aly “Boob Event Comparison” can trigger even when Aly is not on the Island --> will be fixed with 0.1.2.0 beta  
  • Yvette masturbation event can lead to a crash:  "change_max_char_affection" --> fixed with 0.1.1.1 beta 
  • There is a blank screen for about a second when you play with some girls in the pool. --> fixed with 0.1.1.1 beta 
  • Hacking function is broken. It seems to be a Renpy bug. I worked around it to fix it. -->  fixed with 0.1.1.1 beta
  • Handing over gifts to girls is broken in all locations except reception and restaurant. Will lead to a crash. Bool object... --> fixed with 0.1.1.1 beta
  • File "Natasha_event_room_service6.jpg" is missing and leads to a missing image crash during her room service scene.  --> fixed with 0.1.1.1 beta
  • Groping a girl at reception can lead to a mssing image crash. The file "None_night_grope.png" is missing. --> fixed with 0.1.1.1 beta 
  • Groping a girl at the restaurant can lead to a missing image crash.  --> fixed with 0.1.1.1 beta


Is the update going to break save games?:  
0.1.1.1 beta --> Save games from 0.0.8 and later can still be used. Earlier saves are no longer supported.
0.1.2.0 beta --> Same as for  0.1.1.1 beta  

Estimated release dates:  
0.1.1.1 beta --> available since 31/07/2018
0.1.2.0 beta --> available since 23/09/2018

Really impressed with this game compared to others on this platform. Awesome job with keeping continuous play entertaining. A suggestion is something to help lead player to missing scenes, basically how to get them. Also maybe some more random event in the future. But over all very well done.

Thanks. I try to work as fast as I can. The game has more than 3.300 renders and videos right now :) Plus more than 400 GUI elements that are also images. I need to do a word count again, but pretty sure its 60K by now.

Are there going to be more updates for Ivy? Why do not I think anyone likes her shape, just me? She has been forgotten already makes some updates, so she and the delizia, if possible in the next update put more scenes with her, delizia and Joy. The game is incredible and splendid.

Would it be possible to make items in the game that lower stats so that if you want to say, get the failed shower scenes but have to high of a sneaking, you can apply some something? It's just, as you add fail scenes to the phone it will become harder for a player to get them all so something to help reduce victory would help.

I like Ivy too Edward. :) Her size is a little freakish, but the muscle tone is excellent! Boss needs to fix her teeth when sitting at the dinner table too! ;)

Especially since she still got more content than some of the other girls for the most of the time did. I don't know how it is right now since I never got Deliza, Renée or Brenda on the Island for long. Still, I'm rooting with you for some Ivy content in the future. Some standards like beachwalk and poolplay would be awesome as well as her benchpressing and getting groped

I try to find a different solution for that. For sneaking it's easy. I can just add an option to make noise on purpose or announce your presence directly. With some other checks it's gonna be harder. But there should not be that many "interactions" in your app that need low stats right now. If you found some, feel free to post them here and I will have a look.

She got updates not long ago. But not this time. It's gonna be mainly Eva and some Renée. Maybe some others with single scenes or smaller stuff as well.

Amazing work man! I just had 1 question, are you planning on doing more girls like Ivy (really muscular) because i think a lot of people (including me ofc) would love to see that! But anyway keep it up man!

Sorry, but I don't have any plans on adding more girls at the moment. There is still so much to be done for the existing ones.

Really great game, thanks for it Darkhound. I am missing the players stats (charme, strength, endurance etc.) in the newest version. Saw some screenshots here, where they were displayed on the left site in the game. Can you bring them back? I want to know, when I am hungry ;-) It would also be nice to pick up five girls at the start of the game and not only two.

LOVE IT! But as a minor issue, I'm still getting the "Natasha_event_room_service6.jpg" error even with the 0.1.1.1 update. ...hopefully I installed it properly, I replaced the contents of the "game" folder.

Darkhound posted on F95 (edited for length): In strip Poker, enable the cheats to see who is winning in advance in the top left corner. Type into the console: g_cheats_enabled = True If you win, always raise. If she folds early, just use the mouse wheel to go back one step. Raise again and most of the time she will continue. If she has the winning hand, just drop and play next game. Using said method, ... you can completely undress her in under 2 minutes.

Which effects will the focus-area poll have on the future updates? I know that you're quite busy right now - so much new content for 0.1.2; and there's still a boat trip, a night visit event and a Jenny-update waiting for us someday. That said, there's still the good ol' massage parlour which got a huge amounts of votes for the focus area, so I wanted to ask what your plans are. Btw: your tag system works tremendously well. It's so easy to find all those polls in no time :&gt;

Thanks for the kind words on the tag system. As you've already mentioned there are so many loose ends right now. I really want to come back to the massage area. I also try not to forget about Aly who was placed a close second in the focus girl poll. Same for the wet-T contest, which I started rendering but it's only about half way done, not counting some special scenes I have in mind to make it a little more interesting. I was holding back a little on the wet-T contest, because ideally I'd like to have some more girls with reward appointments to make better use of the "wins".

Yes, you need to do the scene where heather choses the pole dance costume. Even if you have done it before. It is longer now and ends with her selecting the costume she's gonna use for the pole dance.
