No, snakes do not need to lay their eggs in other organisms to have them hatch. However, Miia figured it would be fun to play a little prank on Papi and so she managed to sneak some of her own eggs into Papi's uterus while asleep.

Papi only noticed a swollen belly and a couple of foreign egg-shaped objects inside of her, tricking her into thinking she might have accidently gotten pregnant. All she could do now is wait until the eggs would finally come out of her.

When it finally happened, you could say she was more than just a bit surprised at the odd color and size of the eggs...
