TV's are so outdated! Thus, Shadow Rise has found a new, more timely medium with which she can reach her audience: Online livestreams! The principal needs to remain the same, though:

The website in question is well hidden from the public. If you do happen to find it, it seems like a regular, innocuous website. But once midnight strikes on a foggy night, the page changes, the only thing shown being Rise's livestream, combined with an anonymous chatbox so that the viewers can participate.

This has been going on for a while, and investigations have been slow. Yukiko and the others were trying to find out why they couldn't reach Shadow Rise through the TV until one day, Yukiko found out that one of the computer screens in the Junes Department Store worked the same way as the TV!

She accidentally stumbled in without contacting the others first, and so her carelessness would lead to getting captured. Just what is Rise planning with her newest catch?
