"Oh we don't know where Pokemon eggs come from :)" I guess it makes sense they would say that to a child. However, some people actually grew up believing it since nobody cared to actually tell them about the Bombirdiers and the Combees.

The Hoenn region has not possessed a pokemon nursery for a long time. That all changed recently when the newly built nursery opened for business close to Lavaridge Town. One of the first customers to honor the establishment is Lavaridge Towns very own gym leader, Flannery.

This nursery, though... it's a little different compared to the ones in other regions. Like the fact that there are multiple segments that the free-roaming Pokemon are divided in based on their egg group. Or that the workers are much more specialized in the breeding aspect of the nursery. Not to mention the "unique" security measures put into place to prevent thieves from stealing Pokemon.

They just do things a little differently in Hoenn. They're even willing to show especially curious customers how Pokemon eggs are made, though their method might be very... immersive, depending on who you ask to be your tour guide.
