You can fight as well as you want, if you fight against someone who fights dirty, you will usually be at a disadvantage. Unfortunately for Cammy, Juri has discovered someone of Cammy's weak spots and will focus most of her fighting around those areas.

Cammy has trained her body well for combat, so there aren't many spots to target, but she does have one particularly sensitive spot that Juri had already taken advantage of before.

Juri and Cammy have fought each other multiple times before this meeting, so Juri knows that is she wants to defeat Cammy, she'll have to get her on the ground, pin her down and absolutely "dominate" her.
