I have a question, does the trait pop up when you are a owner, or do I have to place the trait, when I place the lot, because the trait doesn't show up in my game. When I send my Sim to the T-Mobile store no Sims or even a customer service rep come up. What do I do?

The trait is for anyone who uses t mobile and the lot is to be owned by you or any sim in your world . Someone should own it though before your sim goes to visit

Ok... So I place the T-Mobile lot at as a retail lot. I had a family own the Lot...I set up my employee, and assigned the T-Mobile uniform.. I tried playing as a owner, no lot traits or buffs came up. I played as another sim, going to visit the store, what happened was when I visited, I had two random employees that were working that I didn't assign,and they weren't wearing their uniforms, also I asked them questions, no T-mobile questions or interactions came up. It was like I was at a regular retail. I might be doing something wrong...idk

There isn’t a lot trait. Give the sim your playing the TMOBILE trait . Then the lot trait was made as a retail lot you can change it however you choose in your game. I didn’t create a lot trait or any lot buffs for this . But I can if you all would want that !! 💕💛

You get buffs from the TMOBILE trait in CAS . They come from random phone calls, and text messages . All interactions do not come with buffs for this trait
