Hey folks! I'm hard at work on the On Mars tutorial. It's definitely a big boi but I'm happy to be covering it. I just finished a game that really helped me lock in the core concepts and now I've just got a lot of script to write.

Fingers crossed it'll be done by the end of March, but it might be a couple days delayed since I'll be spending almost a week at Dice Tower West! And of course, if you're going to be there, feel free to say hi! Maybe we can even get a game in. A little bird told me that someone's going to be bringing On Mars with the expansion.

It's me. I'm the one who is bringing it. I guess I'm also the bird in this scenario...

Speaking of woodland critters. In case you missed it, I put up a new tutorial last week. It was a commissioned video for a game called Nut Hunt, and I definitely think it's worth checking out. Certainly a bit lighter than my usual fare, but it's got a lot of heart and I really enjoyed making the video.

Another thing I really enjoyed doing was playing TI4 over the weekend! It had been a little while since I'd played and it had been *checks notes* years since I'd won a game? That can't be right...regardless, I got to do both of those things! First time playing as the Yssaril Tribes and I had a lot of fun holding a massive hand of action cards and generally pretending to be a lot stronger than I was, which...mostly worked.

Mostly. Anyway, I tried really hard and pulled it off in the end! Meaning that the next time I play I can take it a bit easier and maybe just research a lot of dumb tech or something. Oh and speaking of TI4, I had a bit of free time recently and decided to update the epilogues to add the Council Keleres. I haven't played with this faction as I don't often go in for print and play stuff (if they sold an official codex pack, I'd get it right quick), but they seem interesting. Has anyone else tried them?

Oh, and one last thing. Anyone at the $3+ level can currently suggest games for me to put on the upcoming tutorial poll. That's gonna go live on Thursday, so get your suggestions in soon if you want to!

FYI, Gamezenter in MN sells the closest thing to an official print run of the Codex's. They're out of stock of codex 3, but the other 2 are in stock atm. https://shop.gamezenter.com/products/twilight-imperium-twilight-codex-vol-1-ordinian?_pos=7&_sid=aa86f76c5&_ss=r

Awesome mate! Glad you got a game in!

RTFM

That's awesome! Unfortunately codex 3 is the one I really want.
