(Before talking about games, I just want to implore everyone, if you can get a vaccine, please do so. I've gotten mine and, aside from a slight fever the next day, it was a totally minor thing. Plus it can save lives. Please do yourself and the world a favor by getting vaccinated)

A new game has been decided! Thank you all for voting. I'm very excited to take a crack at Oath. I've been hearing a lot about it and I've been interested in it for quite some time, so I'm certainly looking forward to this. In the mean time, I'm very hard at work getting Eclipse ready. I'm a bit behind schedule but I always pad in some extra days, so it'll be ready by the end of the month. Playing it at more than 2-player has been difficult for obvious reasons, so I had a go on TTS, which worked pretty well, but the most surprising thing was when this happened.

Sure, it's a simulation, but it really did land like that and stay put. Has anyone else experienced this?

I finished my other commissioned tutorial, this one for Wizards of the Grimoire. Unfortunately, as with Age of Galaxy, their kickstarter seems to be on hold as well, so it's entirely possible that I'll be putting up three tutorials in May. We shall see. This one's nice and quick, and if you like 2-player card games, I definitely recommend it.

Not a whole lot else to report. I've got a ton of games for Rahdo coming next month, including this one, Mosaic, which I just played on Saturday and enjoyed. It's a Civilization style game with a bit of area control, engine building, and action selection. Seems better suited for 4 players, but I had a good time with it at two. The runthrough for that one should be up in about a week, so keep an eye out.

And as for the game I've enjoyed the most lately, that would be The Initiative, which is a light-hearted story game about kids on bikes cracking cyphers and solving mysteries. You can watch a runthrough of it right now, but it's a little hard to show off just what makes this game special with the demo scenario they provided, which is why I would really suggest watching the final thoughts video I did alongside Rahdo. Of course with the two of us talking that means we went a little long but we also went into some good detail about the game, so if you're at all interested, please check it out.

Alright, I am a tired cat who needs to get back to work, so as always, thank you all for supporting the channel. It really means the world to me that you like what I do enough to put your hard earned money towards it. I know the channel has been quiet for the past month and change, but there's some great stuff coming just as soon as I can get it out there.
