[R&R] Production Update - 15th May (Patreon)

Hello producers!

Thanks for your patience in getting Episode 4 out. We have been pretty slow as of late and that is down to a number of factors such as serious real life situations affecting various key staff members at different times as well as the ever-changing situation of that old chestnut Article 13; let's just say that latter one badly affected morale across the board.

Be that as it may, we have come out of it the other side and chosen to use this time to make sure that Episode 4 looks as good as it can. One of our background artists, UNiCOMICS, has managed to recreate the Taitans stadium in 3D space and include dynamic shading which should speed up background creation or at least produce ideal results whilst making the most of the resources and skill we have to hand - something that we have in spades (the skill and talent part.)

As for Episode 5, we plan to start doing table reads for the cast members that we have at present and then publish auditions once Episode 4 is complete. By doing this, we should speed up production and then press forward with Episode 6, 7 and so on until we reach the season's end (Episode 12.) We have a lot of exciting stories to tell which involve a lot of characters that don't get a lot of chances to shine, so we want to pick up the slack.
