It seems the BIP have an individual in their employ that can manipulate illusions and dreams. Jason has been caught in the illusion and it appears each time he succumbs to one of the villain's illusions, he loses more of his will and resistance till finally after the 12th nightmare, he will awake but find his body obedient only to our BIP talent. Using some potions procured from Cerce and standard rubberising compounds, it looks like our hero's fate is to be a sexy rubber bunny for the time being, until the villain sees another humiliating process for our hero to go through....
