The winning peril for Nate/Kyouhei was a ditto drone, but I thought he could transform into anything after becoming a ditto drone so for level 2 he will change into a rubbery Team Plasma grunt, since Ditto have trouble duplicating perfectly from memory it's not a perfect copy!
