They are adults, it's all we need to say. If we are a fan of them as artists and people, then we also trust that they are grown man that cand decide anything for themselves.

Social smoking is excessively common in S Korea, and I doubt they did more than casual smoking, because they cannot sing and perform at their level of athleticism if they were heavy smokers. In general they take pretty good care of themselves for the same reason. Drinking is also really common in S Korea and all other drugs are heavily taboo and illegal, so alcohol is very popular.

Yes, we have seen a few of them smoke, but there is a difference. For example namjoon has shared a pic of him smoking which was shared by himself and thus with his consent. But the one you saw of jungkook was shared by a stalker without his consent. We don't care about them smoking or not, but what we do is care about their privacy. Which in this case was not respected and therefore those pics should never be shared!
