I feel like having Felicity back in some way would be a nice way to tie the entire Arrowverse to a close, especially for Barry & Iris. However, if I'm being realistic, I'd go for Bloodwork, as the Season 6a (pre Crisis) storyline was one of the best in the entire series and is still yet to be properly concluded.

I really wanna see them do something with Eddie I've been wanting to see him return in some sorta emotional meaningfully way sense season 2 as a villian would be my hope but I think my chances are low, it'd just be nice to have a book end to a show that I've been watching since I was 10 years old

I could always go with the classics like captain cold and such but I would actually like to see Patty Spivot from season 2 of flash. Even if its just for a short cameo, i really liked her character and would love to see her interact with all our new team flash members

Bring back Eddie Thawne properly (not a ghost or hallucination) and make him Cobalt Blue, which was set up in season 1.

I would love to see the Legends again, Give them a nice proper send off that they deserve.

My top picks, increasing in hope, are: Wentworth Miller as Leonard Snart, Teddy Sears as ZOOM, Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, and last but not least (Aaron would love this) the one and only Beebo as himself.

Definetly Legends, now with the Red Death storyline, they're now the only Arrowverse show that didn't get some type or wrap up after that cliffhanger.
