I don't think they're connected in any way at all. Also, I think that the vigilante is the district attorney.

I think the vigilante is Adrian and he isn't connected to Prometheus, him and Oliver will likely team up at some point against Prometheus maybe.

Vigilante is Adrian. Cause in the comics Vigilante is a DA. I don't think they are connected but I feel like anything is possible this season. So I can't wait to find out.

I don't think they are connected at all. I just think Prometheus is the main villain and the vigilante is just another problem for them. I think billy will be working with or will be one of the villains. Maybe Prometheus is Malcom, billy or someone from Oliver's time he was presumed dead. I think Adrian is probably the vigilante.

I do not think that this vigilante is related to Prometheus .Also maybe Artemis is teaming up with Prometheus in order to double cross him later.It could be she is doing this on her own with out anyone knowing like what Oliver did with Ra's Al Ghul.

Vigilante and Prometheus are two different people, although they kill people.. Vigilante is more of a Punisher type of character in which he kills bad people, while Prometheus kills random people to form a name from the list.. ... it could be the Bratva leader from the flashback.. I'm sure its not Constantine Kovar.. maybe its him but i don't know.. btw, Evelyn looks hot in that tight red dress.. Eric must've had a massive b***r LOL

I feel like Prometheus has a vendetta against Green Arrow specifically. While Vigilante is more like the Punisher, he's just cleaning the streets permanently

I think somehow in a way they are connected. I mean for all we know Vigilante could be Prometheus' dentist. But I really think they somehow share a connection but are unaware of each others identities. Like brothers, friends or dentists

I'm going with no, because Prometheus isn't a big fan off other people shooting at Oliver and the Vigilante was definitely doing that. I guess that wouldn't be a problem if is turns out to be the same person in both suits, but that just doesn't fit to me :) I think Prometheus wants the game to last a lot longer.

I think Prometheus might be someone we've never seen but is a relative of someone the hood killed in season one. I'm pretty sure he and vigilante are different people.

I'm convinced Prometheus is Oliver from Flashpoint ...he is what Ollie would of become if he didnt leave his dark path ....also look at the way he moves, jumps its almost identical to stephen amell's movements ...if it is him ... Guardsman Nate for the WIN !! ...also artemis will come around !

The way Artemis got all pissy with Oliver when he told the group about the Hood killing people in season one, and the fact that we now know she is working with Prometheus, kinda tells me that they are getting revenge on Oliver for something. Someone he killed, or someone he didn't save maybe.

I think that Adrian is the vigilante but he can't also be Prometheus. It would just complicate things too much. They need to be two separate characters and it would be cool for there to be two main villains for them to face off against rather than the normal one per season.

i guess you could say that they might be connected by olivers actions one being the result when he went too far and one who is the result of him not going far enough
