After the Rock Lee fight, I'm unsubscribing from Patreon. WIll continue to watch their reactions on Youtube. Why pay for something that's hit and miss and only once a week before Orochimaru returns? Not interested in the other shows they're reacting to right now besides Lovecraft Country and I'm watching that without their reactions right now.

And don't get me wrong, if they actually picked up the pace like literally every single other reactor that has touched this show, this wouldn't be a problem. But it's been 9 months now and they've barely put a dent in the show.

They are so used to anime stories where everything that happens is related and relevant to the current story that the convo went to (Orichimaru biting Kakashi and that's how he got his sharingan.) Sometimes in a story chracters have their own stories and pass by each other in the past or the future, like most stories. this is going to be interesting and frustrating the further they get.

I know they said they didn't like uploading twice a week for a single show. But what if they reacted to 2 at a time in 1 video? 2 episodes in one video doesn't seem bad since its similar to reacting to a 40 min episode of a different series. But then does that mean they have to react to 4 episodes to have some vids prepped for patreon members? Have they said they wouldn't try ever again? I am in no way demanding that they overwork themselves to supply us more content. But after Shane left before we could see him witness the end of HunterxHunter, it kinda hit hard since Blind Wave lost a part of itself, but I understand. I truly enjoy Blind Waves content and wish them an eternity of happiness and success. I copied this comment from Grimm Radiance from the YouTube comment section, he had a good solution to the 2 episode problem.

The thing is, if they did 2 episodes in 1 video, you'd just end up getting less of each episode. With 1 episode/week, you get roughly 10 minutes of footage per episode. With 2 episodes in 1 video, you're getting 10 minutes of footage from 2 episodes; not 20 minutes of footage. Also not accounting for the extra hours of work in editing (the more you have to cut an episode down, the longer it takes).

Considering the fact that we're paying members of the fanbase I'd hardly call it crying when people voice their opinions about how their handling a highly popular show. I mean looking at it realistically how many of us will still be patreons in 6 and a half years? People will move on, gain new interests, further their educations, start families etc.

Lol they clearly don't give a crap what any of us thinks...as long as they think they're going to get a similar number of Patrons/views/subscribers. They really only want to what they prefer. It's obvious that 2 episodes a week would be such an amazing/incredible experience for their fans. But they only care about themselves and their convenience so they're the only reactors who won't be doing that

Maybe the eye is a genetic ability, or Kekkei Genkai, but it's tied to the eye. The Uchiha Clan power could be another Kekkei Genkai but you can't take the ability for yourself by having the eye without the blood of a Uchiha? Not having seen much Naruto past this point, I feel like I'm theory crafting with you guys.

As for everyone asking for 2 episodes a week: I'm of the opinion that if they want to take on the workload, and are interested enough in the show, they'll change their minds on their own. That said, I don't think people should be stopped from suggesting they do so. A vocal fanbase helps shape what they think the community wants. The customer is always right after all. I also begrudgingly agree with the idea that you should vote with your dollar. If you don't want to pay monthly for only four episodes you should indicate that to the team before you end your subscription. If enough people feel like $5 a month is too much for 4 episodes of a single show, and you think enough people agree with you, it's your only course of action. It's an aggressive consumer practice but it works. I watch many of their reactions, so I feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

Garik I feel like they're doing the best they can right now. They don't know enough about the characters at this point. They pretty much hit all the points I was curious about. Regarding Shino, he just seems like the bug guy and that's about it. The fight had barely even started so there's not much to work with as far as theory crafting goes. My fear with doing two a week would be that the discussions would suffer. If they do two a week I would want them to do them in separate videos rather than react to two episodes at once. I'd want the discussions to still be lengthy for each episode, rather than compressed into one discussion about both. As for the cringy balls jokes, lol, that's just boomer humor. I don't think they could help it if they tried. lmao.

Agreed that they have to watch more for better discussions. Regarding the humor, you can compare Naruto reactions to other anime reactions they have done. The difference is clear to me. At least Calvin has 0 wish to watch this show.

Considering they do many other shows, have other jobs, and I think only have the one editor, I'd say it's up to them to make that call. I agree it doesn't seem like much more effort, but I'm not them lol.

Yh... like, it starts sooo slow, least one pieces first 100 or so episodes are actually chug along nicely, Naruto is up there due to the emotions it brings at times, not how cohesive or sensical the Cannon is, after all, the amount of retcon in this show is laughable

This is the type of show that needs multiple episodes viewed in one sitting, im not bitching about it just throwing my 2 cents in every time I do. Quite frankly it's not that bad but as time goes on in the show they will notice what we are talking about if they haven't already. I love the Chuunin exam episodes so this is a fun time for me :) At least they aren't watching One Piece because my god people would have a fit
