I bet ya they secretly love the show, they're just saying it because they think it's what people want to hear. If the show was so shit it wouldn't be so popular as it is and Netflix wouldn't have so much faith in it if it weren't popular by bumping the episode order from 10 to 16 and an additional final season. People are sheep.
