I haven’t seen anyone suggests this yet but I think it could be possible that Homelander and Becca started out consensual, but Becca changed her mind in the middle of it while Homelander ignored her and kept going. They may have actually started out doing business and that is what they did for most of the three hours. Homelander flirted with her. Becca flirted back. One thing lead to another and they got hot and heavy, before her conscious caught up with her. Becca tried to call it off, but Homelander insisted she wanted this and said she wanted to go to a hotel room with him is because she hoped this would happen or something like that while he continued. Perhaps Becca feels bad because she did initially cheat on Butcher willingly then got raped when she tried to stop it. Homander in his mind thinks it was consensual. I wouldn’t put it passed the show to explore a topic like consent and how people can change their mind in the middle only to ignored. I’m not saying it has to be this, but I could see it happening too.

Definitely thinking they are keeping him more of a Batman ninja type. I dont think they are going to go the comic route. I like thinking he doesnt talk due to his ninja training and not for the reasons you are mentioning.

I'm pretty sure we do not see Lamp Lighter at the Ceremony. They bring out The Deep to announce the retirement and we see a picture of Lamp Lighter on the big screen, but he isn't there. I have a pretty good feeling he is dead. Vought trying to hide the fact that Supers can be killed, same thing they're doing with Translucent.
