I think there’ll be conflict for the first few eps and she’ll try to beat the next villain herself but eventually they’ll work it out, maybe be forced to work together or something.

No way I love her too much for her to become a villain one of the best troops about her I've always liked is that she's not a true Luther inspires to be better then the name suggests

Yes. For at least part of the season. Eventually they’ll work out their differences and team up to face a larger threat.

It would seem that way but no. We all know Supergirl. They will fight in the beginning but talk it out later. They'll be fine. Maybe Lena will start or plan something bad, than figure out the stuff between her, Kara, Jon, Alex and co., than realises that she has done something bad and teams up with them to stop it at the end. If the show doesn't let Lena be smart enough to figure out waaay sooner that Kara is Supergirl and on her own, than they can at least give us that. Don't make her a Villain just because Lex told her the truth.

I think she'll be a villain until the Crisis, and then something that happens in the Crisis brings them together

I honestly hope so, she really has all the good traits of a Fallen Hero arc.

I don’t think she will be a full on villain. But I do think she will manipulate a situation where the truth is forced out of Kara. It will likely divide the two until the Crisis when there is an understanding and they become friends again.
