Personally I feel this is the weakest episode of the season. Not because it's bad, but because every other episode before and afterwards are INCREDIBLE.

What's changed? The episode was about his emotional/psychological change. We've already been introduced to psychic power's being suppressed by emotions or psychology.

One Punch Man is great but it's just a parody, Mob Psycho is an actual story with actual characters. Mob and Saitama are actually very different despite everything thinking they're the same, but they are both very op characters, that's it.
