Another episode of "Calvin 100% convinced about something when he is 100% wrong" haha Hemotropic simply means "Attracted to blood cells". Has nothing to do with "Eating" the blood.

Hisoka did not kill an examiner, he nearly did. That same examiner came back to attack him in the Tower and was actually killed by him there.

Well they do eat it though, don't they? Still not an issue since a drop or 2 of blood should be enough to keep them going for a while, not like they'll kill you by leeching you out.

We don't know on which phase Hisoka got expelled the year before, all we know is that he attacked an examiner "he didn't agree with" and almost killed him; that same examiner was the guy with the boomerang sickles from the tower episode that tries to kill him for revenge and ends up getting beheaded by Hisoka.
