I truly deep down believe Lockwood knows partly because he’s Sam Witwer and partly because we know he’s not stupid he has to know Supergirl wouldn’t attack innocent people like that

No, He doesn't have any reason to believe theres another supergirl and he doesnt really care as its just helping him escalate his plan to repeal the alien amnesty act.

Lockwood doesnt realize how Lex Luthor has manipulated every decision he's made since his dad died, so he probably doesnt that it was the Russian Supergirl

He forced aliens to attack a playground and try to kill children. Even if he knew, I don't think he'd care, he'd still act like it was the original Supergirl.

Nah, he doesn’t know. He wouldn’t request all that artillery by presidential order if he had an inkling it was an imposter. Also, Red Daughter put on an American accent when she attacked the White House.

No, I don't believe he knows. More importantly, I don't think he cares. To him, all aliens are the same. He wants to get rid of all of them whether good or bad. He was going after Supergirl even before she was framed.

I doubt that he knows, when we first learned of Ben Lockwoods Origin he was shown to be a good person who even stood up for aliens, it was only due to some unfortunate events that made his hatred for aliens grow, I think it would be fun to see that good persona come back in some way shape or form when/if he finds out that it wasn't OG supergirl

I feel he knows But doesn't care, The attack from Russian Supergirl gives him a perfect reason to go full force on taking down our Supergirl, so he's focusing on taking her down while the entire country is against her, then he'll deal with the actual attacker afterwards.
