Is the Dedlanite The First Order was mining at the station meant for a bunch of Small Scale weapons or Large Scale super weapon?

I'd imagine its just being used to create blasters for the First Order's forces but who knows, maybe its for that big laser drill in The Last Jedi

I think it's just a sign the First Order are preparing to engage in open war so need all their blasters ready to go

It looked like Starkiller base was fully built from that shot. I just think it is minerals needed to produce weapons...like Kaz said. An army needs materials and this was a refinery.
