It’s a bit like shakshoka which is an Arabic dish with cooked down onions and garlic and tomatoes and topped with eggs and salt and pepper and scooped with pita bread, it’s always fun watching them cook and play in the kitchen.

“Whey-Vose” It looked good. When Eric said onions I thought he was doing a Cajun accent. I would add the tortilla and some queso fresco. I would remove the garlic powder.

Damn those are some busy ass huevos. As a Mexico-raised Mexican, I gotta say that's pretty fucking crazy. Lol the huevos rancheros I grew up on, are simply over medium eggs, with a shitload of salsa on top. Handmade salsa not that salsa in a jar bullshit. Lol and we would have refried beans on the side, that's it. And Mexican food without tortillas? I just can't do that, we use tortillas instead of utensils. Lol to this day that's my mom's go to breakfast plate, eat that everytime I go visit. But shit still cool to see you guys making a Mexican dish. If you ever need any authentic homestyle recipes hit me up.
