What will they be doing with Supergirl's Mother?

I think she'll stay on Argo and Supergirl will go back to Earth, so we'll see her from time to time but she won't be a series regular or anything. Kind of like Kara's earth mom.

I think she will die because kara and clark I believe should be the only kryptonians that survived

She will stay and probably lead Argo if they kill Selena. Kara will definitely return to Earth and stay there. Her mother will probably guest appear again next season.

I hope she doesn't die. That would be upsetting. If they're going the comic route than Argo will probably become microscopic and she'll live on Earth with Kara. But it's the CW so they will probably do something else. I am tired of them bringing back characters only to kill them off. It's a really annoying thing they do with Livewire, Barry's dad, and many more.

I pick something else, I do believe Kara's mom will go to SuperGirl's Earth. But I feel Kara's mother has a dark past. Kara doesn't really know her mother, but it's her real mother.
