No, and I think it’s a red flag for an on screen couple when they need to constantly introduce forced drama and conflict and break them up and keep them apart to “keep things interesting” because that indicates the concept of wanting the couple together works better than the reality of having them actually be together.

As much as I liked what they had for like 5 minutes before he had to leave, they’re both at completely different points in their life and Kara’s time with him is over. I’d hate it so much if they decided to kill Imra just for them to get back together or something.

Their break up wasn't a choice it was forced upon them both. Then Mon-El was forced into a marriage, he makes the best out of it and loves Imra,but its not the same love he feels for kara. I feel like Mon-El feels like its his duty to try to push his feelings for kara down. I feel like Mon-El will eventually just ccave to his feelinigs
