Of all the crew enjoying this series already as much as they seem to be, Shane makes me the happiest, because before the first episode he politely did not seem excited at all about watching a pirate tv show, and so far he seems to be into the show perhaps more than anyone else. So glad they like it, because they have have NO idea how good this show gets :)

The reaction is on the drive now, anyway... I don't know why people still use Google Drive for Full Lenght, now that Blind Wave has its own website anyway, just watch FL there, the reactions are always uploaded on time (without any delays) and you don't even have to wait for the video to process.

I love how the ”Fruit, fruit, tits, tits” line has stayed with you just as it stayed with all of us. Also I think Rick just summed up most of this show with ”eight people have eight secrets and eight plots” pretty well. That’s exactly it though, me and my friends used to joke about it all the time. Everyone has their own plan, and they always run contrary to someone else’s plan, and as the viewer you’re left going ”NO! DON’T DO THAT! Stooooop” a lot. There’s a reason me and my friends made ”why the fuck you lyin’” into the theme song for this show. We used to start singing it all the time while watching. This episode is pretty great, and build the tension so well with the inevitability of the ship coming down, but I have to say that probably my favorite scene is the prelude to ”Feared pirate captain Flint teaches John Silver how to cook a pig”. With his ”What the fuck did you do to that?” and ”You absolutely did not.” The amount of DONE Flint is with Silver here is amazing. And yet, there’s just a smidge of respect, or at least acknowledgement with the fact that he did come to their aid with getting Randall out. Also, both reactions to the ”big man” in this episode were HILARIOUS. I haven’t laughed that much to a reaction in a while. As for the whole "s1 is bad" thing, I don't really agree, but I'd definitely put it as the weakest one - but I'm so glad you guys are enjoying it! One can really tell that you're having lots of fun with it. It's been such a treat revisiting it with you guys. I miss this show so much, it's ridiculous. I didn’t expect Mondays to be days I look forward to, but here we are. Can’t wait for next week!

I don't think its just Maxine's pride , i think she doesn't trust Eleanor because her ambition outweighs her affection for her. So she would rather work off the "owed" money to the pirates than be Eleanor's paid for sex/live-in lover living in that brothel permanently because who knows what Eleanor will do next. Which is silly because she could have tried to run off again and hopefully escape when the Ranger left.
