I love how Eric was ordering Midoriya not to put on his hood. I, on the other hand, would love if he started to wear his hood more. I don't care if it was originally designed to imitate All Might. Much like his name Deku, he can make it his own, and a cute bunny rabbit honestly, in my opinion, suits his image more than the kind of outfit that tries too hard to look cool.

[NON SPOILER INFO DROP :D] Quirks are inherited genetically and typically manifest in children by the age of four, at the latest. Children will either manifest one of their parent's Quirks or if the two are compatible, a new composite Quirk formed by the fusion of the two. There are 3 types of Quirks: Emitters (Release substances like Bakugo), Transformation (Physical manifestations like Shadow Hand guy), and Mutant (Physicality quirks like Invisible Girl).

Eric got it right on the head regarding translation over 100% its more a mental thing to go push past your limits As fo all for one being given to another person mean this point its theory but the quirk itself was said to be a mutation of two quirks so if it mutated again if it was given to bakugo and it mutated to store strength and transfer and also give explosions :P

I think some of the money the heros get is from the use of there likenesses in toys and stuff, which is why the more popular heros would get more money.

Hey guys, so with All Might's over 100% during the Nomu fight think of it this way. All Might at his prime would be his Max at 100%. Now with the reduction in his powers from transferring them to Deku, and his battle damage, his current 100% is more like 40% at his prime. When All Might was fighting Nomu he was temporarily able to tap into the missing 60% (Going over 100%) of his powers, but at a detriment to his own body just like how Deku breaks when he uses his powers. All Might's vessel is thinning as Deku's is thickening.
