Last time I was this early Obama was still President

I call my sisters "sister" all the time, for years now. It was a little awkward when I started but now it is normal. It is meant to be endearing.

Most likely the reason Edward calls Alphonse "Al" and Al calls Ed "Brother" is because of the translation from the original Japanese language. In Japanese, younger siblings call their older siblings with the Japanese words for "older brother" and "older sister," sometimes their name combined with the words for brother/sister as a kind of suffix (especially if there are multiple older siblings in the room). Whereas older siblings usually call their younger siblings by their names and less frequently use the words for younger sibling/sister/brother.

They’re down to the last 14 episodes, but I think they are really going to enjoy them considering how much they enjoyed Avatar the Last Airbender’s Black Sun invasion and Sozin’s Comet battles. I can always rewatch these last batch of episodes over and over again. There so much goodness in them that I cannot wait for them to react to them.

I think the use of “brother” is a direct translation of Japanese, where it is used as a term of respect from younger to older. In Japan, older siblings refer to younger siblings by their name, but not the other way around. This is definitely the case in Korea (I’m korean American), which shares a lot of cultural similarities with Japan, and is the case in other anime as well, so I suspect it’s just a cultural thing.

Envy still has a stone. It's their power source. Without a stone they can't live

Oooohhhh shiiiittt the final 14 episodes... This is gonna be one hell of an ending. I can't wait to see your reaction!! Every week from now on is gonna be a treat :) Well, it always is but now more so than before

I haven’t it watched it yet but I’m SOOOOO pumped to see their reactions to Pride crossing the line! Here we go!!!

Wait...which line did Pride cross? Serious question, but if it's spoilerish, don't worry about it ;)

Generally in Asian culture the younger sibling almost always calls the older with brother/sister. My younger siblings call me 'nana' meaning big brother.

A rush down fighter like Wrath vs Pride, a keep away with full 360 coverage? That would be an awesome fight.

To elaborate on your conversation near the end, the reason they can't bring Lust back is partly because yes her stone was destroyed. The biggest reason I believe is because Father couldn't take his 'Lust' back into himself like he did Greed and Gluttony. He separated his seven sins from himself and the only ones he's been shown to be able to recreate are the ones he directly absorbed back into himself. Lust was destroyed without being able to do this so he isn't able to separate his Lust a second time if that makes sense. One other big distinction that I don't think is a spoiler is that Envy's stone wasn't destroyed. It was weakened for sure and she took some damage but if her stone was destroyed she would be dead. One last important thing you guys may have missed or forgotten, Wrath is the only homunculus who can't regenerate, at least not to the same extent as the others. The only other like him would be the new Greed.

I want to go to a parallel universe where in the next episode superman does appear and save mustang just to see what they would say and freak out how Eric somehow predicted it lmao

This comment might be considered as a spoiler (mine, not yours) so fair warning. SPOILERS: I agree with all the things you said except for Greed not being able to regenerate, we actually see him regenerate later on in the fight at Central Command. Now, maybe you state that he can't heal because it hasn't been shown and the crew should go by what has been revealed so far but in that case, I don't think we've ever seen Bradley take a hit anyway so we wouldn't know that he can't heal either. Other than that point, I agree with ya! If anyone think this is too much of a spoiler, I'll delete this, just say the word, I just wanted to discuss.
