If I remember, Korra is not the best in this episode ._.

Jackie

I quite understand Korra's outburst. It's annoying to watch, but I get it. She has been micromanaged her entire life and she's tired of that. I have been micromanaged in my workspace and it's fucking annoying, so I understand how Korra feels lol

Anonymous

Calvin's face at 6:55 describes how many feel about Korra lol

Jordan Mathews

I was afraid of this. I knew you guys would be smart enough to pick this up. Korra's attitude only gets worse I'm more afraid, more entitled and less self reflective. Nothing is her fault from her point of view.

Erich Bomke

I had to take a 2 year break between season 2 and 3 because after this season I was so fed up with her personality.

Jake Rush

She stays this way for the first half, by the end of the season her attitude is way better. The first half of this season is my least favorite part of the show though. It's realistic and shows the negative aspects of the main character, but it just is less fun to watch. It all turns around later though.

Anonymous

Korra is a pain this season but the other characters make the it worth watching until she gets her shit together.

Alec Campo

I think Korra's personality is very understandable. She was basically kept secluded her whole life and was never allowed to do anything. She has always been treated like a child, and micromanaged by everyone. If you found out your family lied to you and kept you secluded in one place supposedly because of Aang's wishes (which turned out to be false) I'd be pretty upset too. Also, she's a teenager lol. Her attitude improves in the next couple episodes, at least in terms with her father.

I cant wait for season 3. Never made it through this one, always thought it was shit. But season 3, oh lawd, takes it to a whole other level. You guys will be blown away by the fights.

Cody Enos

I love Calvin's many "WTF" faces in this episode

Alec Campo

Also how you said aang had a real adventurous side to him, Korra does too, except she was never able to be free BECAUSE of her father and Tenzin.

Anonymous

yeah.. korra is a bitch in this season..

Zane

yeah korra kind of sucks this season. she gets better

Anonymous

The headshaver was from Family Guy. And Tosh.O had a bit on it too.

Anonymous

Guys i dont know where to turn to but i need some help. I payed for this i could watch full lenght reactions, But I cant find them :O New to this site :P

Kaypaciat

All I can say is if you can make it through this season which is the worst out of all of them you will be rewarded with two of the best seasons of Avatar in the series.

Jonathan baez

Aang wasn't with out his braty moments to. Korras a teenage girl so it should be worse lol

Anonymous

If you did skip the whole thing you missed a lot of lore witch was epic

Anonymous

Yeah Jinora's storyline was actually more interesting than Korra's because Korra turned me off her character.

Anonymous

I get that but I'm with the Blind Wave crew with this one. She seemed to regress in this season. Last season she should've learned at least a little and matured a little bit. This season she seemed like she didn't only regress but she seems like she actually went further back character wise.

Anonymous

Being the Korra sympathizer I am, this season is the worst for her in terms of character. But she's pretty much any teenager with the type of personality she has who's been saddled with the kind of power she has. I feel like her behavior makes sense from a psych standpoint simply from what happened last season. But I still hate the writing.

Kris

Eric is amazing

Anonymous

No Spoilers I personally love both series ATLA and TLoK but i do think of everything this season is the weakeast of either. so just keep goign bhelieve me ii gets better.

Anonymous

This was probably the 2nd best discussion you've had for Legend of Korra & I'm loving this!

Anonymous

If you scroll down their feed, I think it may have been a week or two ago, they posted a link to a google drive folder. You'll find all the full lengths there.

Jjop017

Root against Korra lol. That was the intended reaction. Teenager who found success by going against her master's wishes as Aaron said is going get bratty and think she knows best. Fucking kids.

l

You're on to something big fella

Anonymous

Wow just to tell you blind wave out of all the seasons of Legend of Korra the second season is the most hated and the most love seasons are the third and fourth season my personal favorite is the third season

KayySensei

All legend of korra villains represent some form of political ideology. I always thought it was a cool way to show off villians because you sort of gain an understanding for the villains the more you get to know them. And yes korra gets pretty damn annoying in this season😂

Anonymous

For the first half of this season Korra's character does suffer from a bit of a stepback. Rest assured though she gets back to "normal" and continues to develop from the second half on. I understand her frustration, though maybe not the way she chooses to react, but I get it. Though her father and Tenzin obviously care about her they did lie to her, keep important things from her, micromanaged her life to protect her. Though she's being a bit douchey about it she has every right to be upset by it all. This is part of the reason a lot of people consider this the weakest season but there are so many other awesome things that build in this season that you guys will love. And her character doesn't stay this way for long.

Anonymous

Korra is an ass this season, season 3 will most likely be your favorite. It brings a villain you'd never thought you see.

Anonymous

Aang didn't attack it at first, he tried to talk to it but he was getting ignored. Talking about the cloverfield panda spirit

Ragnarok

I can't wait to see their reaction to...THAT Avatar! Two of the best episodes in the franchise.

Anonymous

Those last few seconds monkaS

Vasiliu Vlad

No Aang didnt attacked the panda spirit...You are WRONG..xD

Si1ence32

yeah, Korra's at her worst this season, she gets a LOT better in the next seasons.

Matthew Rudolph

The avatar is not the only "game" in town when it comes to spirits (or a spiritual connection). We had Iroh be spirituality attuned. Now we have Unaloq or how ever you spell is name be another spirituality attuned individual. @Blindwave do you think they are the only ones?

Noah Burke

Korra sucks this season, season 2 is the weakest in all of Avatar, though it has two of my favorite episodes

Anonymous

These moments of Korra reminded me how annoyed I am of her and just stopped watching LoK all together. -_-

Greg Alan

It's gonna be a long season. Can't wait to get to season 3

Anonymous

I only look forward to two episodes in this season

AlthosHol

I did the same thing initially, but I came back and really happy I did. You'll miss out on some great story development if you don't give it another chance.

AlthosHol

I feel like Korra's attitude at this point stems from how upset she is at Tenzin and her father for keeping her locked away most of her life and telling her it was because Aang wanted it that way when it was, in fact, their decision. They did it to protect her, but right now she just knows that she missed out on a lot during her childhood because of a choice they made without telling her why. She just found out the truth and now she's rebelling out of anger to try and "prove" that she doesn't need their help anymore....it's still immature and self-destructive, but now we will get to see her grow and deal with this side of herself.

Anonymous

Aaron: I want a big Spirit to be the bad guy.

Lalisa Truong

Well, its also the fact that its been one bad revelation after another ya know? At this point, I feel learning about why her dad was banished feels like a slap to the face for her. He has all these secrets that she doesn't know and of course its going to create even more hurt and trust issues.

Anonymous

As far as Korra's bitchiness goes, I've seen plenty of 17 year old girls who have SEEMED to learn a lesson after some kind of bad situation, only to backslide to a point of brattiness even before she learned the lesson

Anonymous

Another thing you guys should have noticed that the weird Avatar statue was made of wood, instead of stone.

Anonymous

I sympathize a lot with Korra this season. Her two most-trusted authority figures have been deceiving her all her life; keeping her secluded and sheltered for bogus reasons. If I was 17, out in the world for the first time, and people kept trying to drag me back to that old life (especially the people I trust the most), I'd have some NSFW things to say for sure.

Alisha Brayboy

I totaly identify with Korra in how she didn't do what people told her but what she thought was right. Just as the guys said it didn't often work out for her but I think Korra is like me; a lesson of any kind won't stick unless I experience it or figure it out first hand. Some people are like that, they have to make the mistakes themselves in order to know it's really a mistake for you.

slvr572

The creators of the show have pointed out in interviews that Korra's behaviour in the beginning of book 2 was written very deliberately. She still doesn't quite grasp the multifaceted role of the avatar. She still thinks it's mostly about "fighting", and despite her harsh behaviour, it reveals a deep insecurity. This is the point where Korra, a teenager, makes a lot of brash mistakes. She'll learn.

Azurai

This is kind of the low point of Legend of Korra IMO. Book 3 and 4 are amazing though.

Swan Ronson

I agree that the story feels a bit lackluster compared to the other books, but i think episodes 7 & 8 make it worthwhile. Plus Varric is my favorite character in Avatar (Except cabbage guy ofc).

Anonymous

I'm glad the crew is understanding that Korra, while kind of a raging biatch at this point, is at a point where she is adjusting to both her age and her powers, and that the writers at this point were figuring out how to continue the show. It does indeed get MUCH better, and points of seasons 3-4 are so good they, dare I say, rival and/or surpass A:TLAB. Besides, if you think Korra is bad, you should have seen ME as a teenager when I first discovered my bending powers and Avatar state i.e. Puberty.

Zack Aranda

Books 3 and 4 definitely don't rival or surpass ATLA. That's pretty ludicrous. Book 3 comes the closest but it is merely on par with Book 1 of ATLA.

Anonymous

I want 2 korra's a week, can we do that? pretty please :p I can't wait for the duo ep 7and8!

Anonymous

I want them to start liking Melo soon, he becomes so much more than a farting nuisance by the end lol

Anonymous

Part of me wants this, but at this rate we'll get Korra into 2018 and I like that

Vasiliu Vlad

I think you guys expect to much from Korra!

Anonymous

I have heard that the major difference between Korra and Aang is with Aang we were watching him learn through compromise to reach balance within himself. Korra is showing not how she learned the elements because we've seen that before but how to reach balance by swinging between to extremes until an equilibrium is reached.
