I am definitely more interested to hear Hulk's thoughts on Weathering With You because boy that film makes some interesting choices

It's understandable why you're seeking out all these critically acclaimed movies as an entryway into anime, but I'm concerned it's not representative of what the weeb community at large actually consumes. You gotta balance it out with some formulaic battle shounen or trashy romcoms.

My review was "Decidedly Japanese" and I've seen my fair share of animes. Your Name was the more successful movie from that director.
