was going through some serious art block while doing this and the previous comms. my shoulder has also been hurting so that was a pain to deal with while doing these. i took this clients commission cus i thought i could do some real interesting things to the colors. i always love to take designs and tweak them just slightly to fit within a scene. i also loved the prompt combined with the design. "dark menacing magic". originally the characters horns and claws were a more de-saturated color but i added a bit of deep blue and a bright greenish teal to make them pop. i did that with the fur as well. the characters name is Murmur, which i think adds to the feeling of this sketch page. a quiet foggy evening with a only the murmur of the breeze and a softly bubbling cauldron.
