had a hard tie figuring out how to make this guys colors look good with the clothing i was told to use. i made the clothes-originally just black and grey-into a sort of oil-slick looking fabric. that allowed me to play with highlights and shadows in such a way as to accommodate the hot pink antlers in the design. he was also a much less vibrant brown in one of the ref images, so i warmed him up a bit with a bit of yellow. i like the finished product over all. i dont like the sand in the front though. i could have invested a lot more time in rendering grain by grain, but...i didnt have the patience if im being honest.
