I never meet anyone in germany who would bring any kind of money that they found on the ground to the police. everyone just kept it XD

Its is sadly not many i know 2 people who did that and that was 50€ and 200€ the rest i know took it for my selfe i didnt find any

I once found a 50$ bill, called the police and asked what I should do, they basically asked me exactly where I found it and told me to hold on to it for a week, if they dont call me back then no one has called to claim it and I can keep it. no one ever called me and after a couple of weeks I used it to buy some lotto tickets, I didn't earn it so may as well gamble it! it was like a magic trick, I turned 50$ in to 10$ and then bought a lunch

One time I found $100 in High School, in the Hallway during class. Like a good student, I turned it into the Office. Turns out it was a test to see if students would keep or turn it in. I got a free $100 and spent it on a new game and food. Note: There were cameras in that hallway when I worked there for an internship. So they were watching. lol

I never found money on the ground. But I'm pretty sure I'm the one who lost some in the early days of my job career. Not, that I had so much, I wouldn't care, but because I have such a simple one-track minded brain, that I only noticed it, when I opened my wallet again. I hope, I made someone happy with it, because I was surely not. xD #Ifeelyou #Marinette
