Baldur's Gate 3: Tabaxi Mod - WIP 1 (Patreon)

Hey, sorry for the long wait between updates- I had some unexpected family obligations over the holidays that took me away from modding for a while.  However, I'm very much back into the swing of it now- I've learned BG3 modding, and have nearly finished the male Tabaxi head model. I'll definitely still be making improvements to this as I fill out the rest of the mod, though I think it's off to a pretty good start. Creating the same sort of 3D fur effect as the other cat models in the game was certainly an interesting challenge, and something I really want to get better at.

Next up will be the torso, hand and tail models, as well as getting the race settings into a playable state. Once that's ready, I'll post a 0.1 alpha version that Patrons can download and try out.  After that, the plan is to add some alternate fur patterns inspired by ocelots and housecats, then probably create digitigrade paws with a bunch of modified clothing models, and finally to add some Tabaxi npcs and environmental assets, including possibly a Tabaxi-fied companion.
