Once a month a leaves the office early and head to the other side of town. His business-casual attire is a bit out of place, but it's early enough in the afternoon that no one would use it against him. Besides, it's obvious from how he moves to anyone considering to ask for his wallet that he knows how to handle himself. Well inside the maze of residential apartment buildings he confidently walks to a steel door next to a bicycle repair shop that likely asks few questions. He raps the door and in just mere seconds it's opened by a lean, muscular guy wearing nothing but a pair of designer briefs.

This is where he is jolted back to reality for a moment. This isn't normal. "I'm here for a haircut," he says like a reflex. "Certainly. This way. Make yourself comfortable in the chair," the half-naked, attractive man responds and gestures towards the black barber's chair.

Absent-minded he starts to undress while wondering why he is there. Well, to get a haircut, of course, but why this specific place? He can't remember having booked it, or hearing anyone else mentioning this place. He is almost shocked to discover that he wears the same brand of designer underwear. He struggles to remember where he got them. He remembers putting them on this morning, but it all feels too serendipitous that they both should wear the same underwear. Irked that something unexplained is off he sits down in the chair and sees his reflection in the mirror. Why did he remove all his clothes as well?

"Just relax," the other guy says and starts working on the hair. High and tight as always.

That's as far as he ever remembers when he wakes up on Monday. But there is always something that lingers. Sometimes it's obvious, like a tattoo or the gauged ears, but most often it's a strong feeling. Some new supplements to eat, some food to avoid, or some new exercise to do at the gym.
