The inspiration here was a photo from the i-schoolboy-in-drynites tumblr blog of a teen sleeping in diapers with a pacifier, which turned into a what-if scenario. How could someone induce this habit, if not exactly voluntarily, so at least through realistic psychological means.

On the one hand I wanted the story to be a tell all, so it would either be the perpetrator's voice describing the process from arrival to graduation, or the tale of someone who had completed it. Once I started writing it kind of expanded into some sort of bizarre father figure kink, where he wanted the boys to both be good, preppy boys, but also infantilize them to some extent. That meant nothing sexual, no filth kink, no shaming kink, which made the path pretty clear.

When looking for the actual photos to use I was surprised by the distribution of diaper enthusiasts. Though there is selection bias of course, about 50% of the photos were of really fit guys.
