A year later, and experts from all the world practically making the downtown Marriott their home, there wasn’t a single plausible candidate explanation for what had happened to the students of class of 2018. It was even hard to pinpoint exactly when it had happened. Because the changes were gradual it wasn’t immediately apparent that all the attending male students were affected. The only one unaffected was Josh Harrison, but he skipped school so much that it didn’t really narrow it down. Oh, how he regretted that now.
