some small changes (Patreon)

Hello everyone! Just wanted to make a small update that I changed a few things on my page. 

The 5$ reward tier is gone! So that leaves the 1$, 2$, and 10$ rewards!

2$ rewards will included previews of pieces I finished

10$ rewards remain the same
