The default Alyx outfit has been finished. It even has the fancy cloth physics and stuffs.
I've spent eternity sculpting the shoes from scratch lol:
I had to update the code for the OutfitManager to support the new outfit pieces. Now when the shoes are on it automatically hides the feet and when the top is on it props up her boobs a bit.
Body model change:
The resolution has been reduced. It doesn't really change the visual look of it but it makes it run better and easier to work with.
There was also some big changes to the torso:
I noticed the old model's torso looks really short and the back arched in a unnatural way so I had to fix it. I've also made her more slim and moved the hips down.
Some AI experiments:
I've been trying to find a good AI that converts the voices for a while but the emergence of 11AI and stuff got me inspired to look into this again.
Basically the idea is instead of generating sound from text it takes one voice and converts it to another voice.
I've found a couple interesting github repositories (FreeVC, so-vits) and been training them for a while on some game voices. I even contributed a little bit with some fixes here and there.
Here's the results i got after a few days of training:
Obviously the advantage of voice AI that isn't bound by text is that it can moan and stuff:
But tbh it's not that great at it so far. There's a lot of noise when there's breathing in the clip and I'm not too sure how to improve that yet.
Penis rigging

Now the foreskin has been fully rigged and it's also live in-engine so if an animation changes slightly it will adjust aswell. Or if there's ever like a jerking mini game or something idk lol.
Vortigaunt rigging:
I've set up the shaders on the vort and the rig in preparation for future interactions between dem and Alyx:

It actually uses the same skeleton as Alyx with just a couple extra bones for the middle arm. :o
Weapons system
I been rewriting that in C++ so that it's more robust. Not much to show for it yet but theres been some progress dere.
Headcrab anims:
I'm making different variations of the animation based on Alyx's skills. If Alyx is noob then she will shake her butt and slap the buttcrab when it goes too fast (the gif above). If she's experienced she will change posture, play with herself, etc and the animation will progress further based on her skill level. Atleast that's the idea, I'm just testing it out rn.
