Cell's new appearance from Super Hero!

-Custom dyts and portrait

-Has Semi-Perfect Cell's moveset from the latest update

I made 3 versions, each with a different size:
-Cell Max: Usual character height.
-Cell Max (Giant): As tall as a Giant Namekian, gameplay might be wonky but it should be good for taking pictures.
-Cell Max (Great Ape): self explanatory, same size and gameplay as Ozaru characters.
