How exactly does this work with wicked whims? Does it increase sex autonomy? Does persistent boner actually give a persistent boner?

Flirty mood affects wickedwhims desire, which does boost sex autonomy. So that sim should have a slightly boosted chance to ask for sex. I know my own sim asks about 4-6 times a sim day. Lol! However, no the visual for persistent erections is not a thing.
