Bundle #17 update/tier rewards change (Patreon)

Work for Bundle #17 has started, the model for this bundle will be Zelda from Zelda: Breathe of The Wild! c: More information and work in progress screenshots will be posted later this week!

- Tier Reward Update Changes:

The Grandmaster tier reward "Scrapped images (Photo dump)", has been moved to the Top 500 Tier for exclusivity reasons. Any further changes or reverts with tier rewards will followup with an update.
