HOT TAKE: Sasha was a bad character, she didnt bring anything actually that important to the story, all she really did was be the character that jokes centred around like the potato jokes which got old real quick and she also made a lot of silly mistakes on missions in the first 3 seasons. I like sasha as a person but as a character in a story she is a bad one. I didnt like her dying but it also didnt affect me in any way compared to a lot of people who say they stopped watching the show after that. I personally find that mindboggling

lol she helped the girl who's mom was eaten, which is of HUGE importance to the story + she was a warm hearted character that most of the time made all the others laugh. A story without her, would be very different in the sense that, Gabi would most likely hold on to her strong hatred which would affect the plot. And without Sasha, the characters would be way more depressed than they were which would also affect the plot. And, you saying that she didn't bring anything to the story while also saying that her character is bad in the story, does not make any sense.

Same, like I GET IT. I understand the parallel completely!!! I still hate her though lol the reasoning behind her hate was far different from Eren's before and after the Marley invasion. Colossal Titan nuke is an ability of choice. It is actually addressed in the conversation between Bertoldt and Reiner on top of the wall at Siganchina waiting for scouts to arrive. Reiner says "You supposed to have the most powerful ability of all us, but you never use it unless you are told." This I believe refers to it.
