Here's a custom single-floor US house "prototype" asset for you guys. Thanks for sticking along and supporting despite the recent very low level of activity! (Patreon)

This is one of a bunch of "prototype" houses I made some months ago. I am not comfortable with releasing to the workshop for a number of reasons, and that was never the intention anyway. I hope you guys will respect that, and I hope some of you might find a use for this one :-) Feel free to show me if you take some screenshots involving it!

Note that the quality is very basic, detail level pretty low etc. Features nightlights and a few props which can be removed/replaced in asset editor. The house comes in two variants; 2x4 and 3x4 with slightly different props. I don't have a list of props I've used, but I am pretty sure i used these for the driveways;

How to install the house; place the two .crp files in your local asset folder. Usually this directory;
C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets
