Being in Cincy would jade most people to panhandlers :-( . I avoid that area like the plague. Only time I am forced is when my kid wants to see something at US Bank Arena, and without fail after every show, the 'I'm homeless and broke' signs are all over the place. I hate being jaded, but I've seen enough lies and cheats out there that I just can't care. :-(

I went to school downtown and was constantly accosted but this comic was more just about how I hate ALL humans, not just the homeless;)
