[TEASER] First Friend (Patreon)

I saw some readers saying they imagined Jaewon as the debut-era Taehyung (aka, 'manlier', bad boy version of Tae)... the dynamic between younger Gyo and Jae is similar  to Jungkook and Taehyung in their younger age, I think. Jae helped Gyo to break from his shell. I wanted to make this flashback episode before Jae and Gyo started clashing (that episode where Jae showed receipts), so readers would understand why Gyo still befriended Jae despite his rudeness and antipathy toward Jinsoo, but I know most readers don't care much about him and want Jinsoo and Gyo to reunite as soon as possible, so I pushed Jae's flashback to EP 94-95.

dk why most of my main characters have daddy issues... among the big 4 (Jinsoo, Seunggyo, Minhyuk, Jaewon), only Minhyuk is spared, and that's because he has no idea of his actual parents, so his childhood is not any better :"D

Oh about Minhyuk, he'll have his own dedicated episode for his childhood, too! Before Jae's actually. Around EP 91. I think Minhyuk is already a likeable character because he's so soft and caring, so there's no need to use his flashback to gain sympathy, but I think it's still a nice story to tell, about an orphan who used to be okay with whatever the world spare for him then learned to be a more assertive person and start pursuing his own happiness.
