Release 0.3.5 with extra content (Patreon)

Release notes:

-Added simple checkpoint based events with persistent best times and saved map routes.

-Added Lynx 3500 and 4100 variants for Tier 2+ Patreons.

-Summit is now available for Tier 1 Patreons as well as free users (after 1 week when 0.3.5 is available to them).

-M800 is no more cosmetic clone of DS 3900 and it now has it's slight unique feel.

-Respawn rate limited (and on racing events +5s penalty)

-Spawn point can be deleted (Feature not indicated in UI. Press checkpoint B on xbox controller or R from keyboard)

-Fixed 1st person camera issue when pausing game

-Minimap scaling issues on very wide monitors

-Summit track clipped with top track wheels
