1st poll for end of the week renders (Patreon)

 
I'm trying something new with the Patreon tiers. My goal is to start posting more extra art for all patrons. So this will be the first poll for the new end of the week renders. I think it's pretty self explanatory... Every week we make a new poll, and at the end of the week, I post 2-4 renders of the most voted option(s).

Let's start with a scene between our MC and another character from the VN. I will list some options with multiple choices enabled. Voting will end Friday.
