Sketchbook (Patreon)

Had gotten little sleep the night before and was too tired to do any archaic sketchbook work yesterday. I spent my time working on commissions.

This was something I started the earlier in the week of Koya after drawing on paper. It emphasized why I felt more comfortable on paper. I spent a lot of time trying to get this down right and even got it practically finished with color. I ended up taking one last look at it before bed and realized there were a lot of issues with the head. I tried making edits and even redrawing it but could it find a place I was happy with. I think ultimately it has to do with the lack of direction and drawing this piece by piece. 

It was a good learning experience but I think I'm going to just archive this for now. Just not as happy as I was with it initially.
